SYNOPSIS: TLN Indulges in a taste of the true north with the new season of The Chef’s Bar showcasing all Canadian cuisine. Season 2 is inspired by the people and places that Toronto celebrity chefs Rob Rossi and Craig Harding encountered while touring across the country filming TLN Original series Opening Canada and is a celebration of the nation’s incredible food diversity.
Ontario: Feast on Ontario’s amazing produce and meat with peaches for dessert.
Alberta: It’s all about Albertan beef, famous around the world. Banff has been named the top place in the world to visit for 2017 and the chefs pay homage to the wild west with an epic meat fest.
Prince Edward Island: Lobster is the star and the Chefs make a massive P.E.I. inspired meal.
Quebec: The province is known for its decadent food and Chefs Rob and Craig go big! It’s a chance to showcase Quebecois food to the world.
Yukon: Inspired from their recent trip to the Yukon, the Chefs create a special menu that showcases and honours that Territory.
British Columbia: Chefs Rob and Craig create an amazing Japanese/Italian meal after getting inspired by Vancouver’s Kissa Tanto. The restaurant was just named best new restaurant in Canada by Enroute magazine.
